Lettings Branch Co-OrdinatorMoortown
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Manning Stainton as a Branch Co-Ordinator in our busy Lettings Department based in Moortown. The Role A client facing role in one of our busy offices, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the day to day running of the branch, whilst also being responsible for promoting Manning Stainton in order to generate an increase in revenue in relation to targets determined by the Line Manager whilst at all times maintaining an exceptional customer service experience. Industry experience is essential for this role. We are looking for candidates who can evidence previous Lettings experience in a customer focused environment. The successful applicant will need to have exceptional communication and administration skills, along with a passion to help people move.
Due to the continued expansion of the department we are now looking for a full time co-ordinator/administrator to be based at Wortley. The role will include dealing with new instructions, and liaising with clients, vendors and surveyors. An ability to work under pressure and using your own initiative will be essential. In addition, an ability to audio type will be an advantage as well the use of various software products within the Office 365 suite. The role will be equivalent to Branch Co-ordinator.
